BORICA AD introduced a two phone numbers for serving clients – the national number 0700 199 10 and *9910 for subscribers of all mobile operators.
By the use of these numbers, clients of the company receive consultations and assistance about the services: B-trust electronic signature, E-faktura – electronic invoice, Mobi-B – mobile wallet, etc.
The telephone service is available from 07:00 to 23:00 on business days.
In case of lost or stolen signature, clients receive 24/7 support.
The cost of service depends on the operator's tariff, as:
- for 0700 199 10 - cost for outgoing calls to numbers "0700"
- for *9910 - cost for calls within the mobile network
