BORICA AD is looking to hire an DevOps Engineer at "Methodology of Software Development and Control" Department.

Requirements:

• Understanding of DevOps principles
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with at least one programming language – Java preferably
• Basic understanding of networking – TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, etc.
• Basics of the different Linux distributions – RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu, etc.
• Experience with databases – Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Good understanding of CI and CD processes
• Working experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, CI/CD
• Practical experience with Docker, OpenShift
• Programing skills in PowerShell

Advantages:

• Knowledge in configuration and deployment of Apache Tomcat
• Practical experience with message brokers – IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka
• Knowledge in container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience with configuration management systems, such as Ansible or Puppet
• Experience with monitoring tools, such as Zabbix, Elastic Stack

The Rest of the qualities:

• Have good communication skills and work equally good in a team as well as on your own;
• Have a master/ bachelor degree in IT;
• Can use English language on a work level.
